Custom Support
Every community and organization tackling environmental and energy equity challenges has unique and evolving needs. Our program managers, community program coordinators and partners are here to support your needs by offering resources and connections.

- Assisting you in establishing a nonprofit organization with official 501(c)(3) designation
- Helping you find the right grant for your community project
- Hosting a virtual or in-person needs assessment for your community
- Collaborating with you to build a project budget

Training
We create customized training programs tailored to the unique needs of communities and offer tools, templates and resources to help communities enhance existing training opportunities. We connect communities with our training materials and assist them in applying their knowledge to real-time issues and projects.
Examples of our training services include:
- Hosting virtual or in-person training sessions on various topics such as navigating and applying for grants, environmental justice concepts, environmental project design basics, community needs assessments and more.
- Curating a custom resource hub for your organization based on the topics you need assistance with, complete with information on how to leverage these resources for progress on your environmental and energy projects.
- Providing one-on-one consultations with our community program coordinators to identify specific training needs and develop or provide appropriate training based on your community's unique requirements.
Needs Assessment
Our team can provide Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) Analysis service to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats related to EJ challenges and goals.

- Stakeholder Mapping/Analysis service to help visualize the impact of the proposed changes on diverse stakeholders in the community
